We care about your safety. Due to the intimate nature of underwear, Health regulations prevent us from accepting a product for return or exchange once it has been worn. Only unopened garments in their original sealed packaging can be returned for store credit, or exchange.
Our quality control department inspects every package before shipment, and every package returned. In an exchange, we cannot guarantee the item you want (for exchange) is in stock, or that your size will be available.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Standard shipping rates apply to exchanges.
